We are looking to Sr. Customer Support Consultant with min of 3-5 years of experience and with excellent communication skills who is open to work in late-evening & night shifts (rotational)

Lcoation: Hyderabad- WFH

3-5 years experience in Customer support /Technical account management in SaaS Industry.

● Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills.

● Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs.

● Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with people.

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced performance-driven environment.

● Flexibility in working in different shifts/markets.

● Experience in a SaaS customer support environment.

● Excellent customer service attitude and lead in resolving difficult customer situations.

● Responsible for all support activities for a particular customer segment or time-zone.

● Handle all critical requests and escalations from customers.

● Should ensure a high level of quality in process deliverables.

● Work closely with all internal stakeholders in delivering the best customer experience.

● Work with the product team to continuously improve the quality of service.

● Provide regular feedback to customer success and product teams.

● Ability to identify support tasks that can be automated.
